Taste Studio Mexican Vanilla Paste – 100 g

Vanilla extract, vanilla powder, seeds and pure agave syrup, combined into something denser and more concentrated than extract alone.

It does the same job as extract but carries further, and you get the visible seeds — the flecks through an ice cream or a pastry cream that tell someone what they're eating before they taste it.

Using it: substitute directly for extract, roughly measure for measure. It works anywhere liquid vanilla does, and better anywhere you want the seeds to show — crème pâtissière, ice cream bases, buttercream, panna cotta.

Storing it: close the spout after each use and keep cool and dark. The pouch is resealable, so it doesn't need decanting.
